After Moving to Guelph at a young age, I have now had the good fortune to enjoy almost four decades in a city that I think has it all. As a University of Guelph graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics in Industry & Finance, I have spent over 20 years employed with Guelph based companies. My career focused on Human Resources, Finance, and Customer service in the Manufacturing sector, with over 10 years in Management positions, and over 8 years now in Professional Real Estate.

Growing up and now raising my own family in Guelph, has provided me with first hand knowledge of the area. It has also made me realize the many benefits of living in such a dynamic area and how fortunate my family is to be a part of this wonderful community.

I see home ownership as a way to establish deep roots and the security that home equity builds for long term longevity. With that in mind, my number one goal and mission in this real estate business I love, is focusing on customer service, oriented on residential properties in the Guelph and Tri-city area.

If you are looking for a person who truly cares, sacrifices her time and supports you in every way, you have the right person in Frances. We were from out of town and it was a lot of work to find a home in Guelph. Frances is kind and compassionate, and she made it as easy as she could. Honestly, she made every attempt to help us with the viewings, timing the viewings, and spent a great deal of time with us on the phone and through video chatting (she even did one of our home viewing walk throughs via video). This whole process was challenging since we lived far from Guelph, but also because we didn't know the ins and outs of the city. By the way, the City of Guelph is gorgeous.

I won't forget when she told us "...don't worry, we'll find you a home!" Those simple words reassured us, and gave us the strength to continue on the home hunting journey. And, she was correct - we did find a home! It was worth it. Thank you! Her support also continued with thoughtful gifts ie., when you need a tape measure - she's there. When you need masking tape for all that packing, she's ready to give you one. When you're exhausted from everything - she's a champ and tries to anticipate your needs. This is Frances!
