Honestly, she made every attempt to help us with the viewings, timing the viewings, and spent a great deal of time with us on the phone and through video chatting (she even did one of our home viewing walk throughs via video). This whole process was challenging since we lived far from Guelph, but also because we didn't know the ins and outs of the city. By the way, the City of Guelph is gorgeous.
